Our website collects the personal information you provide via our course booking, Contact, and Newsletter forms or by booking a course via any of our course pages. Our site also uses cookies for Google Analytics, in accordance with Google’s privacy policy, to record broad information about the visitors to our site, but which can not be readily used to identify a given user.

In the case of the contact form, this information is necessary to send your query to our primary contact email and is not stored other than as an email received, unless requested in that query. Without accurate contact data, we will not be able to respond to your query.

In the case of the newsletter form this information is used to sign you up to our MailChimp newsletter, and is stored indefinitely on our MailChimp list, in accordance with MailChimp’s Privacy Policy and terms of use, so that the newsletter may be sent to you. Without accurate contact data, we will not be able to send this newsletter to you. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter or update that information via the links at the bottom of the newsletter email. Your name and email address will be stored on our MailChimp list until you unsubscribe.

If you book a course and pay via Stripe, we will receive transaction information which is stored indefinitely on Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy. Booking information will also be stored on our site. This use of your data is necessary in order to fulfil our obligations to you as regards the course booked and is stored for our bookkeeping records.

In the above cases, this use of your data is necessary in order to comply with your requests. Withdrawing your consent to process data does not affect the lawfulness of processing it before consent was withdrawn.

You have the right to object to the use of your data for providing you with information regarding relevant services. You may ask to view your data and correct any errors in it. You may also ask us to delete your data, being aware that this may prevent us from performing any services for which the data was requested.

Where your data is stored in, or readily exported to a machine-readable format, you have the right to request it in such a format.

If you make a request to view or delete your data, we may ask you for information to identify yourself so that we do not send your data to an impersonator.
