Flexible Bookings

Our fully quipped kitchen's are now available for flexible bookings to suit your needs. Rent by the hour, scale your production, and perfect your recipes. we'll take care of the overheads so you can focus on building your brand and food empire!

Booking our Shared Kitchen's comes with complimentary Set Up and Clean Down time. With our flexible booking, you only pay for the kitchen time you require. Our shared kitchen's are also fully equipped with everything you may need, so no need to buy your own equipment!

The cleanliness of the Kitchen's are paramount to the effective running of these shared kitchen's so we would ask each FBO "to clean as you go" Ace will arrange for two deep cleanings depending on the level of usage and the specific needs of individual equipment.

Operational Standards

  • Operators must be registered with the EHO/FASI
  • They must demonstrate a working HACCP system
  • They must demonstrate completion of Basic Food Handling Training
  • A deposit is payable to confirm booking and full payment is required prior to occupying the kitchen.
  • Full payment is required prior to occupying the Kitchen. Payment must be received before use, via this website.
  • Ace staff must inspect premises between uses, and at least once per day
  • Each FBO must have a valid Product and Personal Liability Insurance in place. Public and Product Liability for €6.5m and Employer Liability for €13m and be able to provide a copy to Ace Enterprise Park.
  • Kitchen Users must first become Ace Members - Gold Membership is €75 per month & Silver Membership is €50
  • Hourly usage is €18/hour and includes all utilities - fair usage applies
  • We have a minimum rental period which is 3 hours and thereafter as long as available, but an occupant must not exceed the fair usage period per week, this period is determined by ACE Enterprise

Shared Kitchen Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy on Shared Kitchen Cancellations or amendments of reserved kitchen times must be submitted, in writing, to Ace Enterprise Park, at least 72hours prior to the requested cancellation, to be credited the full amount of the cancelled times.

If the Kitchen User submits a written cancellation within 48 hours notice, the Kitchen User will be credited half of the amount of the cancelled times. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice will not receive credit for hours lost, unless cancellation is due to an illness. The Kitchen User is only allowed 3 cancellation credits due to illness during their membership period.
